Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $75+): 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@radiantroots.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
